Customers has developed and appointed an outstanding staff and management team of ATM and payments specialists with many years of practical experience. Senior management and Non Executive Directors are outlined below.

Board of Directors

Greg Monaghan
Chairman
Mr Monaghan has been a director in Australia of VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard and Charge Card Services as well as a number of specialist payment companies like internet gateway provider SecurePay and ATM company Direct Cash. He was Chief Operating Officer at Cashcard Australia Limited for a number of years and was a major contributor to Cashcard’s growth. Mr Monaghan is a highly experienced and successful senior executive with substantial operational and Board experience, specialising in strategy, marketing and a broad cross section of banking and financial services.

Tim Wildash
Managing Director
Tim Wildash has owned and operated several businesses over the last 30 years including a packaging wholesaling business. He also founded ATM Solutions Australasia in 2001. Mr Wildash developed ATM Solutions into a nationally competitive ATM services provider, establishing a strong relationship with Bank of Queensland, which then acquired the company in September 2003. The continued success of ATM Solutions later attracted the interest of Macquarie Bank which acquired the business in July 2005. During this time, Mr Wildash continued in his role as Chief Executive of ATM Solutions and brings to Customers a wealth of experience in growing and managing a significant ATM business.

Charles Carbonaro
Non Executive Director
With more than 30 years experience in banking and finance Mr Carbonaro is an international expert in cards, electronic banking and payment systems. He has had extensive involvement in many financial and payment systems bodies, including Directorships in Visa International (Asia Pacific), Cardlink Services Ltd, Funds Transfer Ltd, Mondex International and Mondex Australasia, and Bancard.During his time at ANZ as Managing Director Global Cards, Mr Carbonaro is recognized as having turned its card business into a state of the art, highly profitable, most innovative leading credit card provider. He led many initiatives including the establishment of loyalty card schemes such as the Qantas program that in 2001 in New York won the best co-branded credit card frequent flyer rewards program in the world.

Gregory R Rooke
Non Exececutive Director
Greg Rooke has over 40 years' business and operating experience, 15 years of which were spent directly in the Asian and Chinese business environment. He recently concluded his executive career as Chairman of ISS Greater China. During his seven years at ISS, Greg Rooke oversaw the development of ISS Hong Kong into the largest company in the Asia region with estimated 2007 turnover of HKD1 Billion and in excess of 40,000 employees. Before joining ISS, Greg held executive positions within the Hong Kong based Jardine Matheson Limited group, where he was responsible for the streamlining of the Asian business, including a number of divestments, acquisitions and integrations as well as being responsible for over 15,000 employees.

Senior Management

Steve Barker
Chief Operating Officer
Mr Barker has been involved in the ATM industry for over ten years, including general management of ATM networks - improving performance and achieving profitable results. Prior to joining ATM Solutions, he was General Manager for AAP Communication Services, with divisional management responsibility reporting directly to the CEO. Mr Barker has extensive industry knowledge and experience with telecommunications, major client and supplier management, and the implementation of complex ATM projects. Mr Barker joined ATM Solutions in August 2003 and progressed to the position of Chief Operating Officer, and now manages Customers' expanded ATM fleet, comprising over 5,000 ATMs.

Ross Smith
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Prior to his appointment at Customers, Mr Smith was Chief Financial Officer of Cashcard Australia Limited, the largest owner of ATMs in Australia. Mr Smith played a key role in the expansion and development of Cashcard and has considerable hands on experience in the development of rapidly growing businesses.

Richard Ulrick
Company Secretary
Mr Ulrick, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and Certified Practicing Accountant, has extensive experience in company secretarial and general counsel roles and is a fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia as well as being a member of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association.

Peter Campigli
General Manager Finance
A Chartered Accountant by training, Mr Campigli has extensive experience in the financial services area and was Chief Financial Officer of ATM Solutions Australasia Pty Ltd prior to its acquisition by Customers Limited. Mr Campigli continues to have the financial responsibility for the ATM business division.

John Bakker
Sales Manager VIC, TAS, SA & WA
Mr Bakker has over twenty years experience in the Sales and Marketing arena, gained initially through the retail industry. He is well versed with the management and motivation of staff having owned and operated his own successful business and sales team for over twelve years, prior to commencing with ATM Solutions six years ago. Mr Bakker directly assisted with ATM Solutions' successful market penetration, and progressed to managing the national sales team for the past two years.
